The couples in Vira dance
The vira is a traditional dance from Portugal. It has a three-step rhythm, but it is faster and the couples dance front-to-front without holding hands.the boys leave their pairs in the circle and go to the center, where they hit the floor with their right feet,The circle starts to rotate again,it will be the girls who go to the center.the dances have been accompanied by guitar, tambourine and other percussion The different dances and costumes represent different regions in Portugal. Normally, the women’s costume is long and colorful,It is also common for men to wear hats. in rare cases, a dance is staged to complement the recitation of folk tales.the dancers’ clothing is traditional,varies depending on the kind of dance.Dance in Portugal has acquired some characteristics of Afro-Carribean dance..Many villages have long-established dance rituals and styles...With the Portuguese. you’ll be smiling and laughing while dancing.

non verbal.people perceiving dance is a sensory non verbal experience,, dance practice is an excellent form of exercise that can contribute to a healthful lifestyle. One study found that in watching dance, a man or woman may have his or her memory, extero-, intero- systems activated.. the excitement of dance sends
communication directly to the neuro-muscular system.For adults, dancing may return them to childhood memories.the dancers must study social dance.street dance.modern dance.folk dance.cultural dance...while dance providing the excitement.it provides healthy outlets,reduces rage. The dance preference was related to a positive and nostalgic attitude
toward the past, allowing for it to possibly be a source of classical conditioning.dance is entertaining and therefore makes the television likable.

STyle of Zapin dance
The zapin traditional dance, uses, the accordian , violin,harmonium and gambus. Two types of drums are also used, the dok and rebana ,The carriage of the dancers is quite erect .its original form,.. Zapin Arab.. Zapin Melayu... which was adapted by the local Malay community. the dance has many unexpected movements like a rotation of the body from the waist,. sharp movement of the arms.. In the old days, only males were allowed to perform; nowadays, female dancers are included .Zapinis a Malay dance form that is popular in Malaysia, in Indonesia, especially in Malay-populated provinces, and in other Malay populated countries like Brunei and Singapore.

The drummers in Garifuna dancing
The Garifuna settled along the Atlantic coast of Central America after being forced to flee from the Caribbean island..Garifuna communities mainly live in Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua...The Garifuna people have others dance such as wanaragua, coropatia, paranda and many others. The elders are the ones who maintain many of the ceremonies,and oral traditions.. they retain the Punta dance. it is a dance where people form a circle around two dancers a male and a female, and two drummers playing a drum. The drummer must play the drum describing the dancers steps... There is nothing like Garifuna dance among any of the other ethnic groups of this hemisphere.

Mongolia dance
Mongoliathe Traditional Dances is performed by dancers from different groups in This state, the dances are typically confined to the small space inside the nomadic dwelling. and are performed while half sitting or cross-legged. Hand, shoulder and leg movements express aspects of household labour, customs.. spiritual characteristics. the dancers wear clothing..,knitting, quilting...leather techniques, and jewellery. The dances play a significant role in family.. weddings and also labour-related practices, expressing distinct ethnic identities and promoting family unity.
